The SHPS-696 Kit is designed for the year round residenceor large summer home. Eight 87 watt solar modules deliverup to 696 watts, and quickly charge a 24 V battery bank.The high efficiency panels are matched with the highpower60A regulator with Maximum Power Point Tracking, givingyou even more power in the winter.The kit features a 3000 W sine wave inverter built into anGES Powerboard for easy installation. The inverter hasclean power for TV and computers, but plenty ofhorsepower for vacuums or power tools. The SHPS-696 willproduce from 1 to 3.5 kWHrs per day, depending onweather conditions. The system may be expanded byadding more solar modules and/or a wind generator. Inaddition, a generator can be used to provide extracharging during the winter.
